How-to Reset a Fanvil Phone

This video shows you three different ways to reset your Fanvil device.

• The first method applies to those phones on the latest firmware.

Hold down the OK button until the Factory Reset button appears. Then press OK to start the reboot. Your phone will then reset itself.

• The second method uses the web interface.

On the web interface go to Configurations then click Reset Phone. Wait until the phone finishes rebooting.

• The third method is suitable to all Fanvil phones.

When powering on your Fanvil phone, press the # key. After holding the # key, you will see the message Post Mode appears on your screen. Once the Post Mode appears, dial *#168 then wait for your Fanvil phone to reboot.
