Blind transfer on the 3CX Desktop App
Blind transfer is also known as a cold transfer method. It is a quick method for transferring a call without speaking to the new party member before transferring the call.
When on a call select the transfer icon. This will be presented within the call tab and the icon.
Enter name, extension number or email to transfer the call.
