Zero Touch Provisioning for Fanvil Phones

With the help from Yellowgrid’s internal systems, it has never been easier to provision a device. At point of order, simply add your provisioning link copied from your 3CX Management Console. 



















  •  Retrieve your 3CX provisioning URL from your 3CX Management Console. Go to Extensions – Phone Provisioning 
  • Copy the Provisioning Link. 
  • Open your customer portal order & set provisioning url section at the point of order (This provisioning URL will be saved for use in the future).
  • At the point of dispatch we will post all MAC addresses along with this provisioning string to Fanvils redirection server.  They will also be emailed to you 
  • Upon receipt of your MAC addresses, add/import these into 3CX extensions
  • Now when the phone boots up at site, it will contact Fanvil’s redirection server, be redirected to your 3CX FQDN, update its config and register on the extension
