Selected the contact you wish to transfer the call to and your call will be transferred.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also use <strong>Attended Transfer <\/strong>which allows you to notify a colleague of the call before transferring. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Just select <strong>Attend Transfer<\/strong>, search for the contact and click their extension.<\/li><li>When you are connection to the person you can inform them about the incoming call. <\/li><li>If they can take the call, click <strong>Join<\/strong> and your call will be transferred. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<br>\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p>Yellowgrid are 3CX Solutions Providers, supporting 3CX Partners.
