Scenario 1: 3CX Hosted to Yellowgrid Hosting<\/h1>\n\n\n\n
Please note, migrating from 3CX Hosted to Yellowgrid Hosting will result in downtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 1: Create a new 3CX config backup WITHOUT recordings included (recordings significantly slow down the migration process, please send a download link and our support team will upload these for you).<\/p>\n\n\n

<\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\nStep 2: Create an Installation Wizard on your Yellowgrid Portal<\/a>, using your licence key and choosing an install type of \u2018Restore from Backup\u2019, then upload your 3CX config backup. Complete the rest of the wizard but do NOT build it just yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Step 3: Remove 3CX Hosting \u2013 Login to your 3CX Partner Portal, find the KEY, click Edit. <\/p>\n\n\n Then click Running and select Stop from the drop down box.<\/p>\n\n\n Step 4: . Request that hosting is removed from the key by logging a ticket with 3CX Customer Services https:\/\/www.3cx.com\/contact<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you need recordings uploaded separately: <\/strong>Email Yellowgrid support to ask them to upload the call recordings to the new phone system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you use IP authenticated SIP Trunks:<\/strong> You should receive an email confirming the completion of your Yellowgrid Hosted phone system, which includes the IP address. Once this has happened, you can safely destroy the old phone system and it\u2019s hosting.<\/p>\n\n\n If you need recordings uploaded separately: <\/strong>Email Yellowgrid support to ask them to upload the call recordings to the new phone system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you use IP authenticated SIP Trunks:<\/strong> You should receive an email confirming the completion of your Yellowgrid Hosted phone system, which includes the IP address.
