Incoming calls are displayed as pop up alerts on the right hand side of the screen, without distracting the user. This pop up will allow you to answer or decline the call. Once the call is answered, you will be given a choice of actions such as hold, mute, new call, conference, transfer, attended transfer, record, keypad and video. You will not have the opportunity to speak with your contact prior to the transfer<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On the 3CX Desktop App, incoming calls are displayed as pop ups. <\/li><li>Once you have answered an incoming call, select <strong>Transfer<\/strong> to conduct a blind transfer<\/li><li>Enter and select either the <strong>name<\/strong>, <strong>extension number<\/strong> or<strong> email address <\/strong>of the contact who you wish to transfer the call to<\/li><li>Your call we be transferred<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<br>\n<br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attended Transfer <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Attended transfer allows you to speak with a colleague before transferring the call.
