Go to <strong>Extensions<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Phone Provisioning <\/strong><\/li><li>Copy the <strong>Provisioning Link. <\/strong><\/li><li>Open your customer portal order &amp; set provisioning url section at the point of order (This provisioning URL will be saved for use in the future).<\/li><li>At the point of dispatch we will post all MAC addresses along with this provisioning string to Fanvils redirection server.&nbsp; They will also be emailed to you&nbsp;<\/li><li>Upon receipt of your MAC addresses, add\/import these into 3CX extensions<\/li><li>Now when the phone boots up at site, it will contact Fanvil\u2019s redirection server, be redirected to your 3CX FQDN, update its config and register on the extension<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<br>\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p>Login to your customer portal <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"here (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yellowgrid.co.uk\/customer\/account\/login.php\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact sales@yellowgrid.co.uk   |   03330144340 for more information. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With the help from Yellowgrid&#8217;s internal systems, it has never been easier to provision a device.
