This is essentially like starting a conference call. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Listen<\/strong>: Listen enables you to monitor and listen into a call without either caller knowing. Neither parties can hear the manager. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Whisper:<\/strong> Whisper<strong> <\/strong>allows you to speak with a colleague without the other calling knowing. This is particularly useful when you want to provide some valuable information to your colleague. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n<br>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/F1HrWWEeASY\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<br>\n<br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To access <strong>Barge In<\/strong>, <strong>Listen<\/strong> and <strong>Whisper <\/strong>you need a <strong>3CX Pro<\/strong> or <strong>Enterprise Edition<\/strong>. <\/li><li>On the <strong>3CX Management Console<\/strong>, the extension requires the correct permission.<\/li><li>Go to <strong>Extensions <\/strong>double click the extensions you want to edit and select the <strong>Rights <\/strong>tab. Now enable <strong>Can Barge In, Listen or Whisper. <\/strong><\/li><li>On the <strong>3CX Web Clien<\/strong>t, go to <strong>Switchboard <\/strong>and navigate to the caller.
