3CX Client-Side (Set up on PC)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
For any user using Portal on their computers, you will need to download the 3CX app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the users 3CX Web Client, choose the QR code at the top right of the page, , this will provision the 3CX windows app you’ve just downloaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Settings <\/strong>\u2192 General <\/strong>\u2192 Deskphone Control <\/strong>to the Handset the Staff member uses (e.g. Yealink)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Settings <\/strong>\u2192 Integration <\/strong>\u2192 CRM <\/strong>Check the box to enable the function<\/p>\n\n\n\n Settings<\/strong> \u2192 Integration <\/strong>\u2192 CRM <\/strong>select “Open Contact URL using Server-Side CRM Integration”<\/p>\n\n\n\n That’s it!
