Integrating your MIS\/CRM system with 3CX ensures seamless communication and efficient data handling across your educational or business environment. This guide walks you through the setup process using the 3CX Webclient and Desktop App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Access the 3CX Admin Console<\/h2>\n\n\n\n


To begin the integration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.Login<\/strong> to the 3CX Webclient<\/strong> using an account with Admin Console access<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

2.Click the Admin Cog<\/strong> located at the bottom left of the interface.<\/p>\n\n\n

Step 2: Configure the 3CX Desktop App<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For users accessing the Portal on their computers, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.Download<\/strong> the 3CX Desktop App<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.Provision<\/strong> each user to their appropriate 3CX account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once provisioned, configure the following settings in the Desktop Client:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Settings \u2192 Desk phone Control<\/strong>
Select the handset the staff member uses (e.g., Fanvil<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Settings \u2192 CRM<\/strong>
\u2705 Check the box to enable CRM integration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Settings \u2192 CRM \u2192 Open Contact URL using Server-Side CRM Integration<\/strong>
This ensures contact details open directly from your MIS\/CRM system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
