If you’re running a 3CX system with a\u00a04SC Enterprise licence<\/strong>, it’s time to take note: 3CX has officially announced the\u00a0End of Life (EOL)<\/strong>\u00a0for this licence tier, effective\u00a0June 10, 2025<\/strong>.\u00a0As a result, partner will be unable to renew these subscriptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udca1What does this mean? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022No new 4SC Enterprise licences are available to buy<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022Any existing 4SC Enterprise licence keys due for renewal will either be renewed as a 4SC Professional or can be upgraded to an 8SC Enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udd04 What Should You Do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 3CX have provided the following 2 options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022To maintain the Enterprise features<\/a> you will need to upgrade to 8SC Enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022If you do not require the Enterprise features or the additional channels you can contact paulc@3cx.com<\/a> and request that the licence be converted to 4SC Pro. \ud83d\udce7 Email<\/strong>: sales@yellowgrid.co.uk<\/a> Want a feel for our products?
