The new 3CX Desktop App has an intuitive user interface, making transferring calls simple. Incoming calls are displayed as pop up alerts on the right hand side of the screen, without distracting the user. This pop up will allow you to answer or decline the call. Once the call is answered, you will be given a choice of actions such as hold, mute, new call, conference, transfer, attended transfer, record, keypad and video.
