Yellowgrid have provided the Junair group of companies with IT Support for some time.  When we embarked on a project to offer a secure, remote diagnostics service to our customers Yellowgrid were the obvious choice to help us understand what the requirements would be.

Dell Transport - Haulage / Transport Services

Dell Transport is a family run business based in Rochdale, loading and delivering throughout the U.K. and Ireland. We were in need of a new backup system for our existing customer database and requested that Yellowgrid provide consultancy in order that we make the correct decision.

The backup system provided was cost-effective and fully automated removing the need to worry about running manual backups. They also incorporated our existing files and folders into the new backup meaning that we essentially got two jobs for the price of one. The old backup is now redundant, but I am safe in the knowledge that all the data is secured and backed up continually throughout the day.

All our systems are computerised and it’s important that staff are able to focus on the task in hand rather than being distracted by social networking sites and games. Also, by filtering access to the internet we are reducing the risk of online dangers such as viruses and spyware which tend to reside on such sites.

Yellowgrid were excellent, we used them because they’re a local company who we had worked with before. They knew exactly what to do and set up a system which means I can block out further sites and keywords if we need to.
