We are a small team of Consultant Engineers with extensive experience within the technical support industry. We focus on supporting the voice and data requirements of businesses within the North West. Our core customer base uses Microsoft software products. In addition to hardware and software support we also have an ecommerce business.
You'll receive quality support from a team who are, amongst other things, all Microsoft Certified System Engineers, keen to share their knowledge and develop the skills of an equally motivated technology enthusiast.
Aside from your technical skills, you will be a responsible person with a good work ethic and excellent communication skills. Presentation is important, and you should have an excellent command of the English language. You will be organised, thorough and self-motivated.
The perfect candidate would have additional technical skills above and beyond those listed below, which would open up other opportunities within this rapidly evolving technology company.
